Up on the 8th floor of a building in Ginza 8-chome, Ginza Ittoku feels like a small escape from the glitter outside. Settle in at the counter and watch the robata grill do its quiet magic—seafood, seasonal vegetables, and other market finds taking on a gentle char as the room fills with warm, smoky aromas. It’s the kind of place where the pace naturally slows: a drink in hand, a few perfectly grilled bites, and conversation that doesn’t need to rush. Ideal for a post-work stop or an unhurried Ginza evening when you want something comforting, lively, and distinctly Japanese.
